Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and personal data
  • Handling end-to-end monthly payroll / compensation benefit and employee benefits processing
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure HR documentation and filing systems are well organized and up to date
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations
  • Handle routine employee inquiries related to HR matters
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs
  • Support General Affairs activities such as office maintenance, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure availability of operational needs
  • Assist in preparing HRGA reports and administrative documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years or more experience in HRGA or HR-related roles (strong in payroll & ms. excel)
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, administration, IR, learning & development)
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS (Talenta) & Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Willing to learn and grow in HR and General Affairs functions
  • Willing to join ASAP in April 2026 & WFO in BSD, Tangerang
