Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee administration (contracts, attendance, leave records, employee database)
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
  • Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and social security (BPJS) administration accurately and on time
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues
  • Develop and implement training and employee development programs
  • Oversee General Affairs functions such as office facilities, assets, vendors, and operational support
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations
  • Prepare periodic HRGA reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in a senior staff role & strong experience handling Payroll
  • Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, industrial relations)
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Law, BPJS)
  • Experience in handling General Affairs (facilities, assets, vendor management)
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates leadership ability and capable of working under pressure
  • Willing to join ASAP in April 2026 & fully WFO in BSD
