Are you passionate about people and processes We&aposre looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment

Act as a strategic HR advisor to managers and teams

Manage BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan processes and compliance

Maintain employee engagement and performance management

Support HR initiatives aligned with business goals

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field

24 years (or more) experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and labor law

Deep understanding of BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) This is mandatory

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment is a plus

Willing to work on-site at our office in Menara Astra, Sudirman
