Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Assistant Delivery. The Client Assistant Delivery will be responsible for providing responsive, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders. This role covers training and consulting activities, billing needs, and other administrative tasks to ensure effective project execution according to established work plans, SOPs, and regulations.
Client Assistant Delivery will monitor project timelines, prepare operational needs for training or consulting sessions, coordinate with clients and facilitators, ensure logistics readiness, and support billing processes. The role requires strong administrative accuracy, multitasking ability, and effective communication in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum D3/S1 degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Communication
At least 2 year of experience in administrative work or event support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in both English and Indonesian
