We are looking for a hands-on and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing operations across Maluku and Papua. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands ground-level operations, and is passionate about managing people, compliance, and workforce planning across regions.
Job Description
- Act as a strategic partner to operational teams in managing manpower planning (replacement, expansion, and optimization)
- Oversee and maintain employee database (HRIS, mutation tracking, facility mapping)
- Handle industrial relations (IR) matters, including employee cases and dispute resolution
- Drive mid-management hiring fulfillment in collaboration with recruiters
- Partner with training teams to evaluate and develop internal talent pipelines
- Ensure alignment between business needs and HR strategies across multiple locations
- Oversee operational facilities within assigned regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (strongly preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in HRBP / Industrial Relations
- Strong understanding of labor law and employee relations practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Willing to be based in Baguala (Maluku) and cover Maluku & Papua areas
- Local candidates are highly preferred for better regional understanding
