Adecco is assisting our client in the electromechanical industry in seeking a qualified candidate for the role below:
Role Purpose
The HR Supervisor will manage end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities, while supporting generalist HR functions in alignment with local labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
- Maintain HRIS, employee files, contracts, and personal data
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee master data
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendors
- Manage probation confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
Statutory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia labor laws and regulations
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations and reporting
- Support statutory filings, audits, and government inspections
- Implement company HR policies, SOPs, and statutory updates
- Maintain discipline, code of conduct, and statutory registers
HR Generalist Support
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR helpdesk support
- Support training programs, engagement initiatives, and HR communication
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration
- 5–10 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and BPJS
- Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven mindset
