We Are Looking For

The Operations Process Manager is responsible for driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the data center. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, efficiency, and scalability of processes supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

The incumbent will work closely with Operations, Engineering, HSE, IT, and regional teams to implement best-in-class processes aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Your Job Responsibilities:

1. Process Governance & Standardization

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).
  • Ensure alignment of processes across Operations, Engineering, HSE, IT, and regional teams.
  • Establish process governance framework including documentation control, versioning, and audit readiness.

2. Cross-functional Process Integration

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, HSE, IT, and regional teams to ensure seamless process integration and execution.
  • Eliminate process gaps, overlaps, and silos to enable efficient end-to-end operations.
  • Ensure alignment between site-level operations and regional/global standards.

3. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and risks across functions and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Establish and maintain system documentation for corrections of error, and develop a lessons‑learned process for critical events that impact customers or result in loss of redundancy in the facilities
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure sustainable closure of actions items.
  • Lead and provide alignment in Enterprise Asset management/Asset management tools, to maintain and improve facility availability and reliability

4. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define and track key operational KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, uptime, MTTR, incident trends).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for Operations Director and regional stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve performance and resource optimization.

5. Audit, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and Indonesia regulations.
  • Support audits (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) across Operations, Engineering, HSE, and IT.
  • Maintain risk registers and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.

6. Incident & Change Management

  • Govern incident and change management processes across Operations, Engineering, HSE, and IT.
  • Ensure timely escalation, communication, and resolution of critical incidents.
  • Drive post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actions.

7. Systems & Tools Optimization

  • Drive adoption and optimization of DCIM, CMMS, and relevant operational systems.
  • Ensure process alignment and data integrity across platforms.
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives.

8. Training & Capability Building

  • Develop and implement training programs on processes and procedures.
  • Ensure competency and adherence to operational standards.
  • Lead Mechanical/Electrical Event Drill Program for all operation team to ensure follow proper EOP and SOP during handling critical situation (Power Issue, Cooling Issue and Major HSE issue)
  • Promote a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Qualities You Should Have:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or operations, preferably within data centers or other critical facilities.
  • Familiar with HV and LV electrical systems, UPS System and Generator System, operational procedures, and safety practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS, EPMS and CMMS/DCIM systems.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management such (Maximo, SAP, EAM, etc)
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferable hold Lead Auditor Certification (ISO auditor).
  • Preferable familiarity with building Artificial Intelligent (AI) agent tool for large scale database for assessment and analytics purposes.
