Supervise end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness; Review payroll calculations including salary, overtime, incentives, and deductions; Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (PPh 21, BPJS, etc.)
Implement compensation policies, salary structures, and adjustments; Support salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis; Monitor and validate employee compensation data
Manage employee benefits programs (BPJS, insurance, allowances, etc.); Coordinate with vendors/providers for benefits delivery; Ensure proper enrollment, updates, and claims handling
Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS; Supervise data updates related to compensation and benefits; Ensure data integrity and readiness for audit
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal regulation; Prepare reports related to payroll, headcount cost, and benefits utilization; Support internal and external audits related to C&B
Identify and implement improvements in payroll and C&B processes; Strengthen internal controls to minimize errors and risks; Ensure process align with internal regulation and documentation
Supervise subordinate and ensure task completion; Coordinate with Finance, Tax, and HR teams; Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
Requirements :
Min. Bachelor Degree in Management Human Resource Management/Accounting/Finance/related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Employee Services
At least 1–2 years of experience in supervising or leading a team
Experience handling large-scale employee payroll and multi-location operations
Experience in HRIS or payroll system implementation/improvement
