Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology/Law/Management
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Work Experience In HR
Proficient in Management System and HR Management
HR administration & analysis (such as : absenteeism, overtime, working hour, working schedule, etc.)
Honest and dependable
Good communication skill
Very high attention to detail
Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline
Computer literate (Microsoft office suite: Google Drive,Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to HR
Capable of working under pressure
