Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing HR data, generating reports, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. As the central point for HR reporting and analytics, you will ensure data accuracy, support process improvements, and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management
- Maintain and validate employee data in HRIS
- Reconcile data across HR, payroll, and attendance systems
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, demographics, etc.)
- Analyze HR trends and visualize insights through dashboards and reports
Data Compliance & Governance
- Ensure data practices meet internal standards and privacy regulations
- Support audits with accurate documentation and reporting
Process Improvement & System Support
- Collaborate with HRIS/IT to improve data workflows and automation
- Enhance reporting tools and user experience
Stakeholder Engagement
- Handle data requests from HRBPs, Finance, and management
- Provide guidance on using dashboards and HR tools
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field
- 8 years in data analysis or HR reporting (preferably within HR functions)
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleStrong, D365) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Discreet with confidential information
