Job Description

As an HR Data & Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and insightful reporting to support strategic HR decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Data Management Execution: Manage and maintain employee data accuracy within the HRIS. Ensure data security, integrity, and consistency across all HR databases. Develop and implement SOPs to support HR data automation processes.
  2. HRIS Contact Center: Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from employees and internal users. Provide technical and administrative support in the use of HRIS. Coordinate with HRIS vendors regarding system issues, troubleshooting, and feature development.
  3. People Analytics and Dashboard: Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards for workforce analytics. Conduct data analysis on workforce trends, turnover, productivity, and other HR metrics. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management through data-driven reporting.
  4. Remuneration Delivery: Manage remuneration processes and delivery for all employee by HRIS and or manual processing

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (maximum 2 years of work experience in any field related to data management and analytics). Prior experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations will be a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, data validation, etc.).
  2. Ability to design and maintain structured data warehouses, ensuring proper integration and connectivity across multiple data sources.
  3. Strong capability in developing and managing dashboards using visualization toolssuch as Tableau, etc.
  4. Have knowledge or experience in statistical programming or predictive modelingusing R, Python, or Google Colab to support People Analytics initiatives.
  5. Understanding of HRIS platforms and HR data architecture will be an advantage.
  6. Have knowledge or experience in coding web/ application

Soft Skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on translatingdata into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, adaptive, and willing to continuously learn new tools and methodology data and analytics.
