We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as Data Management Officer. This role will be responsible for carrying out operational activities related to data management and analysis, publication of statistical reports, and the operation of the data warehouse along with other systems under the responsibility of the Data Services Division. Additionally, this role involves developing systems related to data management to support revenue targets.
General Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage

Specific Criteria:
- Min. Bachelors degree (S1) in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in data management, analysis, or related roles, preferably involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven skills in Data Analysis, Data visualization, Data Quality Management, Data Integration, Data Governance, and Data Validation.
- Strong capability in data processing, statistical analysis, query using SQL, Excel, and relevant analytical tools; familiarity with data Lakehouse and programming languages is a plus.
- Experience in designing, integrating, and maintaining data warehouses for both real-time and historical datasets.
- Exposure to large datasets, modern analytics, and emerging data science technologies; ability to document metadata, definitions, and data standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing system enhancements or process automation.
