Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku, Indonesia
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a private hotel dedicated exclusively to company guests, including corporate executives and VIP partners. This role requires exceptional leadership in hospitality, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to consistently deliver world-class service.
Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) is an integrated industrial area specializing in nickel processing and mining, located in Weda Bay, North Maluku. Within this area, Tsingshan Arcadia Hotel serves as the company&aposs hospitality facility, designed to host visiting guests and support a wide range of internal corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and coordinate guest services from arrival to departure.
- Maintain property and service standards at the highest level.
- Train, guide, and motivate the hospitality team to uphold professionalism, courtesy, and cultural awareness.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently while ensuring service excellence at an international standard.
- Address guest needs personally with a proactive approach and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in leading 5-star hotel operations.
- Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong background in guest relations for VIPs and executives.
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of event coordination and international service standards.
- Experience in corporate hospitality or international partnerships is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record in enhancing guest satisfaction, particularly with corporate partners, is a plus.
