HSSE Manager

As HSSE Manager you will manage health, safety, security, and environmental aspects of the Work in accordance with the company project execution plan.

How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:

• Communicate the companys HSSE requirements and performance targets to the project team and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain an up-to-date HSSE plan covering all stages of the work, based on the contractors HSE management system, ensuring alignment with the companys HSSE goals, procedures, and guidance.
• Manage health, safety, security, and environmental aspects of the work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate and interface with other project contractors and third parties to ensure HSSE compliance and performance.
• Ensure all HSSE activities meet applicable legislation, codes, and standards.
• Monitor HSSE performance, provide regular reporting, and ensure continuous improvement.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in an engineering-related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 10 years in HSSE management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSSE Manager.
• Proven experience in FEED and/or EPC phases of large-scale FPSO, FLNG, or equivalent projects.
• Having a good knowledge of project management and project control, with a mix of commercial, technical, and HSSE experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Extensive experience working within a risk-based HSE framework
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant codes and design standards.
• Ability to list and describe past projects where HSSE Manager roles were performed in both FEED and EPC phases.
