Job Description

AlloFresh is an e-grocery platform that delivers fresh produce and everyday household essentials with a smooth and reliable online shopping experience.

We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our overall marketing strategy, brand campaign, digital and offline initiatives to fuel business growth and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet creative leader with strong analytical abilities and a track record in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 810 years of marketing experience, including at least 35 years in a leadership role within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries
  • Proven experience in managing integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital performance metrics, and brand management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, budgeting, and cross-functional projects
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and consumer trends in the online grocery or retail space.
