As a Head of Marketing, you will:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strengthen overall brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Oversee product launch strategies, brand campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure brand compliance, creative quality, and alignment with market needs.
- Identify growth opportunities through online trends, data insights, and consumer behavior.
- Lead 360 marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, KOL, Creative, Product, Sales).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in Marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or digital-first brands.
- Proven experience leading a marketing team and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market analytics.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand growth and campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset.
- Fast-paced, agile, and adaptablecomfortable working in dynamic environments.
