Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR
  • Generate HR reports for the management
  • Maintain and update HR policies as needed
  • Develop and train the HR team regularly
  • Manage HR software (HRMS) and tools
  • Regular review of bleeding-edge tools for HR management and plan implementation strategies for the organisation
  • Educate the HR team to effectively use HR tools
  • Oversees leave application & holiday calendar to ensure employee well-being and productivity
  • Oversees the hiring process
  • Plan, design and continuously improve the hiring pipeline, onboarding and communication process.
  • Educate HR members so that they can execute the onboarding process.
  • Lead HR team to generate regular salary analysis reports for various positions across countries (India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, etc.)
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Oversees the offboarding process for exiting employees
  • Ensure clean removal of accounts, sensitive data and return of organisation property
  • Ensure employees are apprised of NDA and contract obligations post-employment
  • Collect comprehensive feedback to improve employee satisfaction and organisational culture.
  • Performance management of employees
  • Collect member performance data from the Enablement Framework and create reports to support managers in evaluating their teams.
  • Support managers in addressing employee performance issues constructively.
  • Handle complex employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and report employees other commitments for evaluation
  • Supervise Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
  • Plan and organise educational programs for employees, driven by the Enablement Framework
  • Plan and organise programs to nurture employee skill development
  • Foster a healthy organisational culture to motivate our members
  • Talent retention and satisfaction strategies
  • Propose benefit packages that are competitive and match employees needs
  • Collect regular feedback from employees and propose actionable insights to improve their satisfaction
  • Implement structured recognition and appreciation programs
  • Set up a clear career progression path for all employees
  • Lead and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with employment laws and company values.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements in at least Singapore, Indonesia, Japan and India.
  • Oversee collaboration with the PR team for internal branding and marketing
  • Oversee any HR related activity required for the organisation

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in large corporations that focus on a remote work environment, such as Atlassian, HubSpot, and GitLab.
  • Experienced with enablement-framework-driven employee management
  • Experienced in using suites of HR software and tools
  • Leadership experience
