Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across entities.
  • Align rewards with business goals to drive performance and growth.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve equity, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Oversee payroll processing (salary, allowances, overtime, BPJS, PPh21, final settlements).
  • Support HR policies implementation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong background in tech, holding, or multinational environments.
  • Expertise in compensation design, benefits, and performance management.
  • Analytical, strategic, and collaborative leader.
