Job Requirements :
Bachelor&aposs degree, majoring in any field.
Must be from retail or consumer good company.
Have a minimum of 12 years of working experience in the HR area, preferably as an HR Strategic / HRBP
Good in communication and teamwork skills
Have experience in handle big team
Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into business strategies.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
Capable of engaging and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Experience in fostering positive workplace culture and handling complex HR matters.
Ability to implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
