Head of Finance

An exceptional opportunity has opened for an experienced Head of Finance to join a high-growth multinational business in the advanced engineering and industrial solutions sector. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, ensuring governance, and driving business performance across the Indonesia entity, in alignment with global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the local Finance & Accounting team, embedding a culture of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full finance function including planning, controlling, forecasting, accounting, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
• Ensure robust internal controls and risk management frameworks are in place to safeguard assets and prevent revenue leakage.
• Manage complex taxation requirements in accordance with Indonesian regulations and coordinate with internal stakeholders and advisors.
• Drive strategic cash and treasury management, including credit, cash flow, FX exposure, and working capital optimization.
• Support strategic projects, including new market entry and long-term financial planning aligned with global objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align business strategies and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Indonesian GAAP, and relevant quality standards.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support high-quality decision-making.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insight on financial feasibility and business initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in finance within a multinational environment, including 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian tax laws, and local accounting standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work across time zones.
