Monroe Consulting Group is currently looking for an experienced finance leader to join a leading manufacturing company as Head of Finance to lead the finance function and ensure strong financial reporting, cost control, compliance, and internal controls across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and financial reporting
• Oversee financial statements, account reconciliation, and GAAP compliance
• Establish and monitor internal controls, identify business risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Manage standard costing for materials, labor, and overhead, including production cost and variance analysis
• Oversee inventory management, physical inventory counts, and inventory valuation
• Support external audits and drive continuous improvement of financial processes and ERP systems
• Monitor daily cash position and support cash flow forecasting
• Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and support annual tax provision
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and identify potential tax planning opportunities
• Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the Accounting & Tax team
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Prior CPA experience in a Top 5 audit firm is preferred
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience with ERP implementation, migration, or optimization is highly desirable
• Strong financial analysis skills, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Willing to be based in Cikarang Selatan
