Our client is an international company with a significant presence in Indonesia, currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Strategic Finance to join its leadership team
Based in the BSD area of Greater Jakarta, you would be responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, cost optimization, revenue assurance, and commercial decision support across multiple business units
About the Head of Strategic Finance:
- Lead, manage, and oversee the FP&A and Cost Management function, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes
- Drive the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews, including management reporting, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
- Provide detailed analysis of business-unit segmented financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management action
- Lead the Revenue Assurance and Collection function, ensuring revenue integrity and effective controls across the organization
- Monitor accounts receivable performance and drive initiatives to improve AR collection, cash flow, and working capital management
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the executive leadership team and business-unit heads.
- Communicate complex financial and commercial matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
We are looking for a senior finance professional who combines strong technical finance capability with commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills
Skills and experience needed:
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally gained within large, complex, or multinational organizations
- Significant leadership experience across FP&A, strategic finance, business performance, and/or commercial finance
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business cases, projects, investments, pricing, and profitability
- Experience with revenue assurance, revenue leakage, AR, collections, or working capital would be highly advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA would be an advantage
