Head of Engineering Department

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Engineering in Product Development team
• Develop and improve custom engineered steel products for mining & heavy equipment
• Translate client requirements into engineering design and fabrication-ready solutions
• Drive value engineering, reliability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or steel fabrication
• Strong exposure to custom product development (engineered-to-order)
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Solid understanding of heavy equipment, fabrication, and mining environment
• Willing to be placed in any work loaction within the company
