Production Textile Manager
Subang, West Java
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire textile processing production flow from grey fabric to finished fabric.
- Ensure smooth coordination between grey fabric receiving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and packing.
- Develop and implement production planning to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
- Monitor daily production output, machine utilization, and efficiency.
- Supervise fabric inspection processes including color consistency, shrinkage, GSM, and finishing quality.
- Allocate resources, manage inventory, and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Oversee quality control processes, analyze data for improvement, and address any quality issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles or other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and control budgets, and analyze variances to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Min 8 years in textile manufacturing, with solid leadership experience.
- Strong Knowledge and Experience in export operations.
- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing, machinery, and industry-specific quality standards.
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement insights.
- Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.
- Willing to work from our factory located in Subang, West Java.
