Candidate must have an Engineering degree or relevant S1 degree
At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities, hydrocarbon processing, process simulation and project development
Possess HSE Training and Courses relevant to the position such as Hazard recognition & Risk evaluation, Permit to Work system and other Operational Safety
Experience on occupational health & safety, basic process safety, and risk management, SIMOPS, incident investigation technique, exposure to field operations, HSE management systems and industrial HSE standards, knowledge of associated technical/engineering disciplines & local industry regulations relating to the oil and gas industry.
Experienced in EPCI project
Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites
