Summary of the Job :
Senior Associate of Growth is expected to support multiple projects in Qoala Plus by analyzing data, reporting and mapping processes, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research with local agents and insurers, measure key metrics for ongoing city insights, and oversee strategy execution with feedback-driven iteration (e.g. recommend life & health by analyzing product t&c, compare agency structure across different insurance companies).
- Analyze data to support the organic and inorganic growth initiatives, recommend propose solutions, manage project tracking and stakeholder coordination, and support the execution of commercial or synergy plans (e.g. how to streamline customer verification process for more complex insurance product).
- Conduct comprehensive segmentation analysis, refine through iteration, collaborate with the AVP of Growth to develop a segmentation handbook, and work with product and data teams to scale and execute the Go-To-Market strategy while ensuring regular data update.
- Support the incubation of new business opportunities by developing initiative frameworks, monitoring execution, defining business processes, tracking success metrics, and providing actionable feedback and recommendation.
- Support data-driven decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key market data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with internal (Legal, Finance, Product, Data and Marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and reiteration of strategic initiatives.
- Assist in meeting, project tracking, and create regular report based on key parameters that have been agreed by multiple stakeholders
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from a reputable international or local university
- Minimum 3-4 year of working experience, preferably from Tier 2-3 consulting firm/ business development
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and market research.
- Proven ability to execute projects and work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes and work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and accountability
