Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementation and operations management to join our Jakarta team. This individual will play a dual role - leading multiple client accounts while also playing the role of an operations lead for our Jakarta-based consulting team (supporting a team of 4-5). The ideal candidate should have a consulting background with transferable skills from a similar environment, though experience at a Big 4 firm is not required.

This role requires someone who can provide technical and strategic guidance to junior consultants, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management :

- Oversee and manage multiple client accounts (10+ active clients) .

- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

- Stay on top of ongoing workstreams, proactively addressing challenges and risks.

ERP Implementation & Consulting :

- Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring effective solution design and execution.

- Provide guidance on solution approaches, system configurations, and issue resolutions.

Operations Management & Leadership :

- Act as the Operations Manager in Jakarta, leading the consulting team in delivering high-quality work.

- Serve as a technical mentor for junior consultants, helping them navigate complex project challenges.

- Take ownership of operational excellence for our Client Success (CS) accounts.

Key Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and consulting.

- Background in a consulting firm or similar professional services environment.

- Strong project management skillsable to juggle multiple accounts effectively.

- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities (i.e, coaching team members, directing them to find the right solutions rather than feeding them the right solutions)

- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.

- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate
