Responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing strategic production plans to ensure the achievement of production targets;
2. Oversee the daily operations and management of the production department, optimizing production processes and resource allocation;
3. Monitor the execution of production schedules, ensuring that production tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards;
4. Coordinate working relationships across various departments to ensure seamless integration and smooth transitions within the production workflow;
5. Drive improvements in production techniques and processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality;
6. Manage and control production costs, aiming to achieve objectives for cost reduction and efficiency gains;
7. Establish and refine comprehensive production management systems and standardized operating procedures;
8. Organize and oversee workplace safety management initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant production environment; guide and mentor the production team to enhance their overall professional capabilities.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in production management (covering production, quality control, planning, and warehousing);
2. Familiarity with the production processes and workflows of the printing and packaging industry is highly preferred;
3. Proficiency in modern production management methodologies and tools;
4. Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills;
5. Demonstrated capability in executing production plans and managing production processes;
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment;
7. Strong awareness of quality standards and cost control principles;
8. Ability to effectively identify and resolve various issues that may arise during the production process.
