Job Description

  • Manage business licensing processes and renewals
  • Handle regulatory permits and compliance matters (including SIUP, KBLI, Import licenses, BKPM, NKV, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external as required
  • Oversee office and center operations, including security, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Monitor and control General Affairs operational costs
  • Provide operational support for company events
  • Ensure understanding and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards
  • Manage cleanliness, security, and company vehicles, including all related facilities and infrastructure
  • Ensure all corporate documents are properly organized, stored, and controlled
  • Manage operational expenses and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain and control physical and digital document archives
  • Monitor and control maintenance of company assets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Law, Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in Direct Selling, or similar industries is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, firm, systematic, and possess strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
