Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, or a related field.
Min. 2 years experience Asset Management, General Affair, Facility Management or other related fields.
Possession of an active Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Expert) certification from Kemnaker is a strong plus.
Proficient in the full asset management lifecycle (inventory control, stock taking, maintenance, and disposal).
Solid understanding of HSE procedure implementation, hazard identification (HIRADC), and emergency response management.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors/contractors.
Capable of working effectively both independently and in a team.
Roles And Responsibilities
Record every newly acquired asset into the company's asset register, including details such as asset type, placement location, acquisition date, cost/price, and useful life.
Ensure all assets are assigned a unique label/code (tagging) for easy identification and tracking.
Manage maintenance requests for damaged assets, ensure repairs are completed on time, and document the repair costs.
Manage the disposal process for assets that are obsolete, fully damaged, or have reached the end of their useful life.
Checking and monitoring the status of assets currently undergoing repair or maintenance.
Conducting periodic physical asset stock opname (inventory count) and preparing the resulting reports.
Supporting internal and external audit processes by providing data, documents, and performing asset opname sampling.
Ensuring all asset data and documentation are managed in accordance with internal policies and applicable compliance standards.
