Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a General Affair, Office Administration, or Facility Management staff; experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, asset management, office inventory governance, and basic licensing requirements (office operations, vehicles, and utilities).
- Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM C) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Scope of Work:
- Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, logistics, facility maintenance, and workplace safety and comfort.
- Maintain and control organizational inventory and assets, including documentation, condition monitoring, office equipment, and vehicles.
- Execute procurement processes for goods and services, including needs assessment, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing documentation.
- Administer operational documentation, including vendor contracts, General Affair SOPs, utilities, and related compliance records.
- Manage operational vehicles and official travel logistics, including maintenance schedules, servicing, and vehicle registration and taxation.
- Provide operational support for internal activities and events, and prepare periodic reports on budget utilization, facility conditions, and procurement progress.
