Requirements:
- Minimum education: high school or vocational school graduate, preferably in Hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably from the lifestyle & bar concept.
- Experience working in both a fine dining and casual restaurant bar environment is preferred.
- Having experience of leading a team.
- Confident, talented, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Presentable and representative to our lifestyle brand.
- Excellent communication in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day floor operations.
- Lead and supervise service team members.
- Engage & build relationship with guests during service.
- Handle guest feedback and light complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor service quality and SOP compliance.
