Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for creating financial models, planning and analyzing the company&aposs financial performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role will involve collaborating with different departments to gather financial data, analyzing financial trends, and preparing reports for senior management. The manager will also play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making to support the companys financial goals.

About the role

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the company&aposs financial planning and analysis processes. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the strategic direction of the organization. Based in our Jakarta office, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with Director to drive financial performance and support key business initiatives.

What you&aposll be doing

The ability to make good financial plans including cash flow planning and budgeting is a must for this position

Analysing financial data and presentations for executive management and the board to uncover insights and opportunities for improving business performance

Controlling the planning that has been made so that it can run according to plan

Developing and maintaining robust financial models to support strategic decision-making

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the finance function

Providing expert financial advice and guidance to cross-functional teams

Mentoring and developing more junior members of the finance team

What we&aposre looking for

15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the maritime industry

Strong technical skills in financial modelling, data analysis, cash flow projection, and budgeting

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights

Strategic mindset with the ability to link financial performance to broader business objectives

Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies

Experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
