Chief Financial Officer - Leasing Industry

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed asChief Financial Officer (CFO) Leasing Background with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Masters degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
2. Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3. Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
4. Proven track record in the leasing industry or related financial services sector.
5. Strong expertise in structured financing, asset-backed financing, leasing models, and capital allocation.
6. Solid experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, loan structuring, and banking relations.
7. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance specific to leasing and financial institutions.
8. Demonstrated ability in business turnaround, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence at Board level.
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and tax for the leasing business.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
3. Provide strategic insights on leasing portfolios, funding structures, and risk management to maximize returns.
4. Manage banking and investor relations, securing financing facilities, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance with leasing industry requirements and financial reporting standards.
6. Support the CEO and Board in making key strategic decisions, including corporate actions, investments, and M&A.
7. Monitor and optimize cash flow, capital allocation, and debt management to strengthen financial stability.
8. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring robust internal controls and governance.
9. Partner with business units to evaluate new business opportunities, product financing models, and partnership structures.
10. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, driving value creation and financial performance across the organization.
