Finance Manager (English Speaker)
Location: Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (WFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance accounting systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations, aligned with the companys regulations and accounting best practices.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet), deliver timely and accurate reports, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Oversee and control key financial functions including credit management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and taxation; ensure proper treatment and reconciliation across all areas.
- Analyze the companys financial performance, identify trends and anomalies, and support the coordination with external auditors during audit processes.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop the finance team to maintain high standards of accuracy, ethics, consistency, and compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 34 years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (e.g., HSK 3).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is optional but favorable.
- Strong expertise in finance and accounting, with sound understanding of tax processes and regulatory compliance.
