Assistant Manager Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance.
• Experience managing finances for companies with over 10 retail outlets (F&B experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Ms. Excel for large data analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite, SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Comfortable using internet banking.

Job Description

• Prepare and analyze cash flow reports.
• Receive, review, and analyze reports on payment methods, A/P (Accounts Payable), and A/R (Accounts Receivable) turnover.
• Coordinate the Finance department's monthly closing.
• Monitor and ensure all money inflows and outflows follow established procedures.
• Oversee and ensure all Finance operational activities run smoothly.
• Collaborate with other departments, external parties, consultants, and relevant stakeholders regarding Finance activities.
• Analyze gaps in internal controls and develop handling regulations.
• Develop relevant standards and procedures within the Finance department.
• Lead and mentor the Finance team.
