Job Description

Responsibilities:

Account Receivable

  • Ensure the accurate and timely generation and distribution of customer invoices.
  • Monitor customer account balances to identify overdue payments and proactively coordinate collection efforts.
  • Resolve billing disputes and payment discrepancies through effective coordination with customers and cross-functional teams.

Insurance

  • Oversee the timely arrangement and renewal of all corporate insurance policies, ensuring continuous and adequate coverage.
  • Monitor and manage the insurance claims process, ensuring prompt notification, thorough documentation, and effective follow-up with insurers.

Banking

  • Prepare, verify, and submit Letter of Credit documentation (LC issuance, amendments, and negotiation) and Bank Guarantee.
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure full compliance with LC terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with the Supply & Demand department and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and expedite trade transactions.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, insurance, and banking operations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet strict deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
