Reconcile data for truck usage billing on biweekly, monthly or any campaign usage basis
Analyze and follow through any unreconciled transaction with internal or external team
Analyze all the documents from vendor after billing confirmation
Communicate with internal finance for invoice payment
Identify operational process inefficiencies and recommend necessary improvement
Ensure all the relevant standards and metrics are met
Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed

Requirements

Graduated with bachelor&aposs degree in Finance or Accounting
Min. 1 year experience in related field
Must have a working knowledge in reconciliation process in e-commerce or finance industry
Advanced in Ms. Excel and Ms. Office
Great attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
