Handle end to end process of Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Maintenance
Assist and Guide Vendor how to complete the registration process and due diligence process
Review and conduct due diligence for comprehensive list of suppliers for tender preparation
Review Information and Document related Vendor Management process
Sourcing, selecting, and maintaining all potential vendor
Maintain relationship with stakeholders (internal and external)
Present business findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to sponsors and key stakeholders

Requirements

Min. bachelors degree (any subject)
At least 1-2 year of relevant Vendor Sourcing or Vendor Management experience
Fluent in Bahasa and English, both verbally and written
Strong business process execution with a 'continuous improvement' attitude
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills to present your findings to stakeholders of all levels
Excellent analytical skills; hands-on experience in crunching data - from scoping the analysis to creating reports
Ability to provide a report in Excel, Power Point and Chart
