Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Accountant & Finance to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Input and reconcile financial transactions
- Manage financial documents and basic tax administration
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Support other finance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 12 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, Accurate,
- Jurnal, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of basic taxation (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT) is an advantage
