Finance Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly examine all payment documents, ensuring completeness, tax compliance, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Execute essential monthly closing activities, encompassing the meticulous journal entry of daily transactions, including revenue and payment entries.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly financial statements, offering insights and recommendations.
• Methodically prepare, calculate, and report monthly tax assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee and manage internal control measures, including conducting stock opname of assets and inventory to safeguard company assets.
• Diligently execute tasks in alignment with established policies, instructions, and directions provided by organizational leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years working experiences in corporate accounting or consulting firm.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to organizational directives.
