Job Description :
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's finance, accounting, and tax functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, tax compliance, and leads the FAT team to meet company standards and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Finance, Accounting, & Tax team
- Prepare, manage, and control detailed budgeting for all departments
- Ensure financial reports are accurate, well-organized, and in accordance with company standards
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies and align accounting treatments with tax planning
- Handle tax reporting, including Corporate Income Tax (SPT Badan) and statutory filings
- Protect the company's financial and tax interests
- Communicate effectively within the team and with other departments
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and developments in finance, accounting, and taxation
- Perform hands-on technical finance, accounting, and tax tasks when required
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- Domiciled in Tangerang, South Tangerang, or Gading Serpong
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and control a team
- Strong critical thinking and budgeting planning skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and high standard of work accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and tax
- Experience in tax reporting and handling Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Badan)
- Holders of Tax Brevet A & B are preferred
- Curious and proactive in keeping up with the latest FAT-related updates
- Available to join immediately or on short notice
