Finance Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial (P&L, Cash Flow, Budgeting)

• Manage project cash flow and liquidity
• Lead annual budgeting & reforecasting
• Own P&L: track margins, costs, and revenue vs. targets
• Prepare monthly financial statements (BS, P&L, CF)

Compensation & Payroll

• Design and manage salary, bonus, and benefits structures
• Process accurate payroll and statutory deductions
• Lead annual compensation reviews aligned with P&L

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–10 years in a Accounting/Finance management role
• Proven leadership (managed a team or function)
• Expertise in: cash flow, budgeting, P&L, payroll,
• Labor law knowledge is a plus
• Strong Excel + ERP/HRIS skills (SAP)
• High integrity, confidentiality, and decision-making under constraints
