Finance Accounting Manager

To ensure all company financial and accounting processes are carried out accurately, timely, efficiently, and in a controlled manner to support management decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven ability to build, improve, and develop financial systems and processes from scratch (zero-based setup).
  

• Lead and manage all accounting and finance functions within the company.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and overall company financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Build, improve, and develop effective and efficient financial systems and processes.
