Job Purpose
To support and execute daily finance and accounting activities for building operations, ensuring accurate recording, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes within the residential property.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations
- Assist in processing daily financial transactions (billing, collections, payments)
- Support monitoring of service charge, sinking fund, and other resident-related income
- Follow up on outstanding receivables from residents/tenants
- Handle petty cash and track operational expenses
2. Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Perform basic bank reconciliation and cash monitoring
- Support month-end closing activities
3. Budgeting & Cost Monitoring
- Assist in tracking expenses against budget
- Support preparation of simple reports for budget monitoring
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
- Assist in tax and audit documentation when required
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with Building Management team and vendors for payment and billing matters
- Respond to basic billing inquiries from residents/tenants
- Liaise with head office finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or maximum 1 year of working experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reconciliation)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Willing to be stationed on-site (Jakarta area)
