Supply Chain Intern - Jakarta

As a Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible support demand forecasting and supply planning by analyzing data, maintaining planning tools, and assisting S&OP and ad-hoc analyses.

What will you do

• Assist in demand forecasting by preparing and analyzing data, including historical sales, trends, and promotional activities.
• Support supply planning activities, including stock allocation and production scheduling.
• Maintain and update planning tools, reports, and dashboards (Google Sheets) to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Support analysis for the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required by the planning team.

What are we looking for

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, and basic data analysis).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
