Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and annual closing, financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting.
  • Manage organizational and program budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow planning.
  • Monitor grant utilization and ensure accurate donor and program reporting.
  • Oversee tax calculations, payments, filings, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, third party requirements, and internal policies.
  • Strengthen internal controls, finance procedures, approval processes, and documentation.
  • Manage external audits, tax reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with program, fundraising, procurement, and operational teams.
  • Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash-flow management, audit, and financial controls.
  • Solid knowledge of PSAK and current Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Experience managing grants, donor-funded programs, or nonprofit finances is preferred.
  • Proven experience handling tax audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
  • Able to translate financial data into clear and practical recommendations.
  • Proficient in accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High integrity, hands-on leadership, and interest in creating sustainable social impact.
  • Brevet A & B or another relevant professional certification is preferred.
