Finance Business Partner

About the Role

To serve as a strategic partner to business functions in planning, decision-making, and financial performance control by providing accurate financial analysis, value-added business insights, and recommendations that support the effective, efficient, and sustainable achievement of corporate targets.

As a part of Port Barging & Transshipment (PT Baruna Dirga Dharma | PT Dianta Daya Embara | PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja) and subsidiaries of PT. ABM Investama Tbk. The incumbent will be assigned to PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja the mining logistics ecosystem sector, focusing on professional, safe, and efficient port service solutions, particularly for the handling of bulk commodities and energy product.

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare financial modelling.
• Provide and analyze financial reports in alignment with business strategies.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, COGS, financial commitments, and obligations to project future income and expenditures.
• Provide recommendations and alternative solutions on matters such as resource utilization and underlying assumptions used in budget estimates.
• Ensure all accounting processes and procedures are properly implemented in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the accounting team in the monthly financial closing process.
• Provide recommendations, develop, maintain, and monitor accounting requirements related to operational and financial issues.
• Familiar to digitalization process transformation and financial performance report realtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Financial Planning, Modelling & Analysis role within the shipbuilding, heavy equipment, or mining downstream industries (Port, Barging & Transshipment Business).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Professional certifications in Financial Analysis, Corporate Planning, Accounting, Budgeting are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office (Cilandak – South Jakarta).
