Responsible for various assistant needs of the Director, including travel arrangements, daily management of apartment/hotel bookings, and bill processing.
Handle daily administrative affairs for the Director, including seal and license management.
Chinese Translation: Able to fluently read, write, and verbally translate Chinese documents and meeting minutes.
Communication & Coordination: Assist the Director in coordinating cross-departmental cooperation.
Act as the main point of contact for expatriates regarding relocation, local adaptation, and company procedures.
Support onboarding, cultural integration, and housing arrangements for expatriates as needed.
Collaborate with HR, GA, and Finance teams to ensure smooth expatriate support, including accurate records of expat status, address, KITAS, and other administrative matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education background.
Fluent in Chinese (speaking and writing), with good communication skills in English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in assistant roles, hotel management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette to ensure effective collaboration with Chinese stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks with high efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and information.
