Job Description

PT. Magna Reka Cipta is a growing interior design company specializing in creative design solutions and project execution. We provide services ranging from concept development, 3D visualization, technical drawings, to project coordination and implementation.

As a growing company, PT. Magna Reka Cipta has handled various interior projects across both residential and commercial sectors. We prioritize quality, aesthetics, and functionality in every project.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

2. 2–4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Service, or Project Coordinator (preferably in interior/architecture/contractor industry)

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (WhatsApp, email, and meetings)

4. Ability to act as the main PIC for clients and manage client relationships professionally throughout the project

5. Experienced in follow-ups, handling client requests, and maintaining long-term client relationships

6. Strong coordination skills to work with multiple teams (design, project manager, and site team)

7. Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

8. Detail-oriented with strong documentation, reporting, and communication tracking skills

9. Able to work within timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client complaints professionally

11. Proactive, responsive, and with a strong sense of ownership

Job Description:

1. Client Handling & Communication

- Act as the main PIC for clients throughout the project

- Maintain active communication (WhatsApp, meetings, site visits)

- Provide regular project progress updates

- Respond to client inquiries and needs promptly and clearly

2. Follow-Up & Relationship Management

- Follow up on client decisions (design approvals, materials, etc.)

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Manage client database (repeat clients & referrals)

3. Project Coordination

- Liaise between clients and internal teams:

- Design team

- Project Manager

- Production/site team

- Ensure all client requests are communicated clearly to internal teams

4. Progress Monitoring

- Ensure projects run according to: (Timeline, Approved Budget)

- Remind internal teams of deadlines related to client deliverables

5. Problem Solving & Complaint Handling

- Act as the first point of contact for client complaints

- Coordinate with internal teams to find solutions

- Maintain a professional and conducive situation

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Record all key client communications

- Prepare project progress reports

- Maintain documentation of approvals (design, materials, revisions, etc.)

7. Upselling & Repeat Business

- Identify upselling opportunities (material upgrades, additional scope)

- Maintain relationships for future projects
